Healthy January? What will your resolution be?

This week, the National Obesity Forum will launch its JanUary campaign which will promote ways in which we can improve our overall health and bring about long-term positive change. The campaign challenges the nation to join them in making a healthy New Year’s resolution and do something good this JanUary.

At Making Sense of Sugar, we agree that the New Year is a great time to look at how we can all improve our health, whether that’s through changes to our diet, our lifestyle or perhaps both. The important thing is to do something that is achievable and will make a difference to you in the long-term.
